Dr. Michalzik’s First Aid First Aid is a completely novel wound care. Our patented hexagonal water is combined with panthenol. It does not contain any preservatives, thus can be sprayed onto the wound directly without any burning sensation and is also easily spread over the wound if required.

Ideal for cuts and abrasions.

Hexagonal water is alkaline by nature and thus has a disinfecting effect. The combination with panthenol is optimal for rapid wound healing with reduced scarring. First Aid is also suitable for minor burns and sunburn.

It is very well suited for children, wounds stop bleeding faster and scarring is diminished also without experiencing any pain.

Panthenol has beneficial effects with regards to the skin barrier and its moisturizing properties can also be used for skin care.

The small dispenser bottle fits in any handbag, so your wound gel is always at hand.

No industrially produced silicic acid (silicon dioxide) flow aid.Biotikon does not use silicon dioxide or silicic acid (SiO2, known as E551) as a flow aid. The foundation for product testing "Stiftung Warentest" states that those may contain nanoparticles. Silicic acid or silicon dioxide in dietary supplements has been discouraged. Bio Suisse has terminated approval of silica or silicon dioxide. Silica from horsetail is not to be confused with this industrially produced silica.
