ORAC value
The ORAC value (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity). The ORAC value is divided into ORAC hydrophilic and ORAC lipophilic. The special laboratory Prof. Kurz determined a very high total ORAC of 32092.6 μmolTE/g in the Biotikon grape seed extract batch 20120411. According to the current state of knowledge, there is no scientifically sufficiently confirmed knowledge about the ORAC value, which influence it has on physiological processes in the human body and its health maintenance.
