by Dr. Alexander Michalzik contain 400 mg of high quality frankincense extract with 85% boswellic acid. Frankincense is fat soluble, so it should be taken with food or after a meal.

Frankincense combined with phospholipids (e.g. phosphatidylserine) is an extraordinary composition. Phospholipids have a polar and a non-polar fraction which enables them to mediate between fat and water-soluble substances.

The foundation for product testing "Stiftung Warentest" states that those may contain nanoparticles. Silicic acid or silicon dioxide in dietary supplements has been discouraged. Bio Suisse has terminated approval of silica or silicon dioxide. Silica from horsetail is not to be confused with this industrially produced silica.
