Snow has just fallen here - unusually early in the year. That reminds me of my childhood. We always felt we had snow in abundance. The quiet, gentle, pure snow - it especially delights children's hearts, wrapping the world in a white robe. Everything is gently touched like a blessing. The world rests under the soft white blanket. The look out of the window makes the children shout with joy: "Oh, it has snowed! This joy of a natural event that changes the world without our doing!
It reminds us that we are not the creators of our environment, but we are a part of nature. Like the snow, our life is also given by nature. Nature gives us our life and health. Our body is a wonderful organism that is optimally adapted to life. Modern science and medicine can only explain a very small part of the systems that make us alive. In the sacred scriptures, trust in nature is described as the basis for the gift of healthy life. In an increasingly technocratic world, we should not forget this trust in life. Experience the source that creates and sustains all of our life. Trust in what makes us alive - feeling ourselves and finding contact with ourselves. The experience of the "inner soul space" creates an important counterbalance to fear and uncertainty. Trust in life can strengthen us and enable us to better cope with physical or emotional crises. This experience of trust is healing for our entire planet. My team and I wish you a blessed Christmas.
