Dear Reader,
The last few years have been and are becoming increasingly difficult for all of us. External stability seems to have begun to falter. Old orders and certainties are being called into question. These external influences have a very strong impact on all of us. Our life circumstances change - fears and worries take more and more space. Especially young people suffer a lot. Child therapists are extremely overworked as many children increasingly need help. Worries about health and now also about the economic basis lead to feelings of great insecurity. The need for stable living conditions and a healthy, supportive environment is very great.
The whole world seems to have literally fallen out of its center of rest. Even though there is certainly much criticism to be made of the actions of the 'powerful' of the world, this center can only be found again by ourselves.
For us as human beings and also for our fellow human beings it is very important that we are in 'our center'. Only then can we perform salvific deeds and help our fellow human beings. Let us together find this our own center again. External circumstances can only be stabilized and changed for the better if we find our own center - if we rest within ourselves. Our thoughts, desires and deeds then spring from the realm of this rest.
This source of good, this source of light can change many things. It brings good and healing to us and shines on the people around us. This light of life can spread and make our wonderful planet shine. This is also how the phrase "You are the light of the world" can be understood.
We all have an idea of how a world with peaceful and wholesome coexistence on our earth could look like.
Let the light of Christmas shine within you. Let it become a healing source that heals you and all of us to create a new basis of life and future on this our wonderful planet.
