SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine) is a substance naturally occuring in the body. S-adenosyl-L-methionine is formed by energy expenditure from the essential amino acid methionine.

We state the exact, pure S-adenosylmethionine content. SAMe is always present in a bound form. In our product it is bound with organic sulfur as S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate. One capsule contains 400 mg of S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate. This amounts to 200 mg of pure S-adenosyl-L-methionine.
SAMe is also called AdoMet.

Important note: Do not take together with anti-depressants. Do not take in case of manic depressive illness (bipolar disorder) and Parkinson. In any of these cases, first consult with a medical practitioner or naturopath.

It is manufactured by use of gentle production technologies without heat or additives in the capsule filling. No industrially produced silicic acid (silicon dioxide) flow aid. Biotikon® does not use silicon dioxide or silicic acid (SiO2, known as E551) as a flow aid. Without the use of processing agents, which are not required to be mentioned on the packaging. Biotikon®️ products are manufactured in accordance with legal requirements and in compliance with the HACCP concept to ensure food safety.

Daily Dosage: Adults: Take 1 capsule once before a meal or on an empty stomach.

Package Contents: 60 capsules. Each capsule contains 200 mg of elemental S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) from 400 mg S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate.
