The recommended daily dose contains up to 968 mg of pure calcium, which is particularly well tolerated in its organically bound citrate form. Il est fabriqué selon des technologies de production douces, sans chaleur ni additifs dans le remplissage des capsules et sans utilisation d'agents de transformation qui ne doivent pas être mentionnés sur l'emballage.

Aucun agent d'écoulement d'acide silicique (dioxyde de silicium) produit industriellement. Biotikon n'utilise pas de dioxyde de silicium ou d'acide silicique (SiO2, connu sous le nom d'E551) comme agent d'écoulement.
