Recommended dosage:
Adults should take as needed:

Light dosage: 4 capsules daily (2000 mg)

Medium dosage: 6 capsules daily (3000 mg)

High dosage: 10 capsules (5000 mg)

with sufficient fluid. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
